Dont know if anyone has come across this before...
I was in Bunnings last night and came across this Gas Pipe (See attached), I thought it could be useful for building arches.
The great thing about it, is it's plyable enough to bend by hand but seems to retain it's shape and strength.
It has a yellow sheath, with a thin metal internal wall and a plastic insert. The only issue I could see is that it's 25mm in the plumbing sense, so PVC fittings dont fit it. If you wanted to add 90 Degree bends I did find some copper plumbing fittings that would work.
I think you could just bend it to shape and then put the ends over some rebar in the grass.
